Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Sigma Service Apartments, we understand that plans may change, and we strive to provide a fair and transparent cancellation and refund policy.

Room Reservation Cancellations

  • Cancellations made [X] days or more prior to the scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund of the booking amount, minus any applicable transaction fees.
  • Cancellations made within [X] days of the scheduled arrival date may be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to [X]% of the total booking amount.
  • No-shows or early departures will be charged the full amount of the booking, and no refunds will be provided.

Refunds

  • Refunds for cancellations will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow [X] business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution.
  • In the event of a refund, any applicable transaction fees charged by payment processors or banks will be deducted from the refund amount.

Modification of Reservations

  • Changes to reservations, including date changes or room upgrades, are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss any modifications to your reservation.

Force Majeure

  • Sigma Service Apartments shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under this policy due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, or government restrictions.
